Question.(1) Comment on the style of Syed Amanuddin's poems ?

Answer.Syed Amanuddin has innovate style in his poems. He does not use punctuation marks and capital letters. He hates the use of hyphens. He uses a definite structure to divided his poems into sections and stanzas. He starts a line at the margin and then explains it in the lines that follow.

Question.(2) Why does syed amanuddin dislike to be called Indo-anglian ?

Answer. Syed Amanuddin dislikes to be called Indo-anglian because he is allergic to this term. Although he writes and dreams in English yet the term Indo-anglian does not appeal to him. He does not like a confused mixture of different things like culture and language.

Question.(3) Why does syed amanuddin hate hyphens and hyphenated minda ?

Answer. Syed Amanuddin hates hyphens because he considers them artificial bridges between artificial values in the name of race, religion and language.  He condemns all hyphenated minds which he calls biased products of unenlightened souls.

Question.(4) What autobiographical elements have been introduced by the poet in this poem ?

Answer. Syed Amanuddin has introduced some autobiographical elements in this poem. He belongs to South India. Hence the river Cauvery flows in this veins and Chamundi hills rise in his mind. He remembers the eyes of the goddess Durga smiling on the killed demon. The poet's soul is filled with the music of colourful fountains of Brindavan garden of Mysoure.
